By booking with 22Studioz, you agree to the following:
- Please provide accurate information on the consultation form after booking.
- Please let me know about any allergies, sensitivities or nail/skin conditions before your appointment.
- I reserve the right to refuse or adjust a service if your nails or skin are not suitable for treatment.
- Please follow my recommended aftercare to help maintain your nails.
- Any concerns or issues should be reported as soon as possible, with photos where needed.
- If a nail breaks within 24 hours of your appointment, I will repair it free of charge. After 24 hours, repairs will be subject to a fee.
- Photography is optional — I will always ask for your permission before taking or sharing photos of your nails.
- Please treat my studio, property and me with respect. Inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
- Services and prices may change from time to time.
- I reserve the right to refuse or end an appointment where necessary.
